Celebrating 30 Years

The department of sociology celebrates 30 years at KU and invites you to a delightful afternoon for colleagues, former colleagues, alumni, students, partners and friends of the department.

We look forward to an afternoon in the name of sociology with exciting panel debates, talks and networks.

Program: (changes may occur)

2:00pm - 2:20pm Welcome and talks (Building 35, room 35-01-06)

2:20pm - 3:00pm Panel debate and focus on the sociological development throughout time

3:00pm - 5:00pm Network and celebration in the Cathedral (Building 16, room 16-0-50)

The Cathedral or "The Cat" is the room in which the frame around the students' social community is created. 

This is where there will be served beverages and snacks.
